Yachting Electronic Co., Ltd warrant, to the original purchaser, all of our products to be free from defects or malfunctions in materials or workmanship, and conform to the written specifications, all for one year from the date of purchase. Any such defect, malfunction, or non-conformity which occurs within this period, will either be repaired without charge or be replaced with a new product identical or reasonably equivalent to this product, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
The warranty statement does not apply to the following cases:
1) Damages caused by improper installation;
2) Damages caused by conducts not in compliance with installation methods provided in the User¡¯s Guide;
3) Damages caused by accidents or improper operating practices;
4) Damages caused by maintenance performed by people other than designated professionals.
Note: Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
For a maintenance request of an in-warranty product, the following procedure may be undergone:
STEP 1: Contact our Technical Support to receive an RMA number.
Call or e-mail Yachting Electronic Technical Support Specialists to describe the problem you are experiencing and Receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your name, telephone number, and your return shipping address,.

STEP 2: Ship the unit, along with the RMA number, to Yachting.
Once you have received the RMA number, please ship the unit, along with the RMA number and original purchase invoices to the following address:
