Note: Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
1) The service policy and above flat repair rates are subject to change without notice.
2) The above price includes complete factory overhaul to new required specifications. For international return shipping, an additional shipping cost will be charged, which will vary according to different region.
3) Yachting Electronic reserves the right to make changes or improvements in its products from time to time without incurring the obligation to install such improvements or changes on equipment or items previously manufactured.
4) Yachting Electronic retains the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a "newly-overhauled" unit or new unit, or offer a full refund of the flat rate of repair at its sole discretion.
For a maintenance request of an out-of-warranty product, the following procedure may be undergone:
STEP 1: Contact Yachting Electronic Service Center to receive an RMA number and arrange payment.
Call or e-mail Yachting Electronic Technical service center to describe the problem you are experiencing and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number, and arrange payment. You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your name, telephone number, and your return shipping address.

STEP 2: Ship the unit, along with the RMA number, to Yachting Electronic.
